Description

Split level home with 2 car garage on a beautiful, wooded, one acre, corner lot. Split rail fence around front yard. The back yard is private and has a 6 ft. cedar fence. Roof is new and we have installed new windows in all upstairs rooms.
There are two storage sheds in the back and also a small smoke house in which we prepare smoked salmon.

The neighborhood is diverse in style, as no two homes are alike in style. Most homes are on one acre for a block or so, though there are one or two larger lots and very large nice homes on the outskirts of this neighborhood. Most homes were built in the 1970's and all are on heavily treed lots.

    "The roads are ROUGH in the winter! People say it’s well maintained, but the road gets VERY narrow, and there is so much snow sometimes the plows won’t get to the side streets until well after 10am. Good luck getting to work! You definitely need 4wd and good winter tires or studs!"
