Great neighborhood with quality schools, community amenities. Close to I-5 and Silver Lake. House underwent full remodel during summer 2019. Updates include Windsor One interior/exterior trim, satin nickel hardware, vertical grain fir front door, high-end LVP easy-care flooring on main level, Stainmaster carpet upstairs with 8 lb. carpet pad. Kitchen has shaker style cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances. Additional cupboards beneath breakfast bar and hall closet for storage. Edison style exterior light fixtures and combination of recessed can, LED and dome style interior light fixtures. Bathroom has high quality, whisper quiet style fan, built-in linen closet and frameless barn-style shower door. Smaller of the secondary bedrooms has built-in closet and drawers. There is a 1/2 bath in the mud room/utility area. There is a shelf for laundry supplies and full size Maytag brand washer/dryer set. House is minimally furnished.

Monthly rent includes all utilities. This includes water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric and internet service. Landscape maintenance is also included at no cost to the tenant. No pets or smoking please. Short or long term lease is okay, as is month to month (this can be determined on a case by case basis). Only serious inquiries please.
