There is a fire hydrant right next to the house. this is a little less than one acre big horse barn full sized trees close to oologah lake taccora hills area just about 5 minutes out, dollar general 2 minutes away, claremore 8 minutes away, oologah 8 minutes away all rough est. has a burn pile ! could use barn for lots of things and there is a possible zone behind barn for chickens or something of that nature.
