Cute little country home off old 88! it is roughly 900 sq ft livable space completely remodeled this old house has been brought back to life it is beautiful land and has a big horse barn bout 600 sq ft I have used as a shop and for storage. $900 a month for rent, or $950 a month for rent and lawn service we mow 3 times a month through summer, spring and into fall sometimes 4 times a month.Optional.
Down deposit of $600 and first months rent due up front you will need $1,500 to move into this house no exceptions the $600 is refundable up to the last dollar depending on the situation/conditions of the property when you move out.
No pets allowed inside.

Lots of kids leave nearby and hang out together but they all are well behaved and don’t take up the street. I’ve never had a problem with people or animals, seems everyone is happy, courteous, and respectful here!"
