"Charming, spectacular beaches, with sunrises and sunsets that can often be of the charts. Friendly neighbors shopping and much more nearby. Easy to get to many places from here, with plenty of outdoor activities from hiking to water sports to sightseeing. "

"Good neighbors that take care of each other. They are always willing to help you. A diverse blend but no racial problems. Handy too lots of routes in and out. We don’t flood any more since they put in the new pumps. And the beach is always open. "
