"Neighbors dogs bark all the time, any time of. Day or night. It is super obnoxious! But dog owners at least pick up after them on the streets. If you likr hearing small yappy dogs all the time this neighborhood is for you!! Personally I cant wait to move!"

"there is a. dog park...its quiet. but no yards. im not sure what else to say about dogs. Neighbors might get upset because the houses are close together and there is not much soundproofing."

  • Trulia User
"Convenient to the Marc train as well as busses. Plenty of nearby places to walk to. Driving is not as great depending on where you're going as there is always too many cars on the roads."
  • Kaelaking101
"Not a lot of pet friendly areas to walk. Small tufts of grass and unless you have your own property there isn’t much option of space."
  • Tiffany R
"It’s about a 20 minute walk to get to the the closest bus stop. Busses run about 40 - 50 minutes apart. Not very convenient during the summer an winter months."
  • DB
"My commute is not good. There are entirely too many cars on the road and sorry to say the driving has gotten worse. People who think they will get somewhere fast around here obviously have not lived here long or they are in dreamland. What used to take 20 minutes to get somewhere about 11 years ago now takes 1 hour. That's how much the traffic has increased. Add in never-ending road congestion and the every day accidents that back up traffic for miles and miles and it just makes it that much worse. We should be a lot farther than we are with public transportation options. "
  • Berkallison5
"everyone knows everyone and when something happens everyone helps everyone and gives them information "
  • Dottie M.
"The yards are small. It would be nice to have a fenced in grassy area so the dogs could run and play."
  • Hannah123853
"I have lived in the neighborhood for 45years. Wonderful neighborhood, neighbors!!!! We take care of each other."
  • Rachel T.
"Friendly people, safe neighborhood to take walks. Community park is just up the street and a nice duck pond is not too far down the road."
  • Andreaschilling118
"Great Neighbors, Convenient, on Public transportation route. Yearly community BBQ, Helpful. Great neighbors"
  • Sharon H.
"Quaint... off the beaten path but accessible. Lots of nature around but way access to the city. Quiet, places for kids to play, parks and schools nearby."
  • Sharon H.
"Close to water. Regional Park with trails for hiking, dog walking, and sporting events. Hammerman Beach area close by. Marshy Point. Marinas. Restaurants by the river."
