"Nothing. This neighborhood isn’t bad, but it isn't the friendly borrow sugar and invites them to a barbecue neighborhood either. It is a typical mind-your-own-business quiet and safe neighborhood, in my opinion."

"Charming, spectacular beaches, with sunrises and sunsets that can often be of the charts. Friendly neighbors shopping and much more nearby. Easy to get to many places from here, with plenty of outdoor activities from hiking to water sports to sightseeing. "
