About this House
I prefer texts over calls. If you call, please leave a voicemail so that I can get back to you because I get a lot of scam calls. Please leave a detailed description of why you're calling, and I will get back to you soon. If you would like to verify that I am a real person we can schedule a time for a video call.
Private Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom, with mini fridge and microwave. This room is located on the opposite side of the house from the owner who will be sharing the house with you. You are renting the room, not the house, but can utilize the common areas and the kitchen when needed. Washer, & dryer in house. I have a 17 lb mini sheltie, a cat, & two Russian tortoise. I am an 80% Medically retired USAF Veteran just looking to cover my remaining bills. The house is 1,277 sq ft and is 3 beds 2 baths on .17 fenced in acres.
Room for rent: ($801/m) Private spot with off-street parking (must park far right on gravel). I got a small-ish dog (17lbs), a cat, and 2 tortoises already, so no extra pets unless it's a small tank/fish kept in your room ask first though. No cigs inside (use the outdoor butt can only). Vaping and tree is cool inside. No illegal stuff or you're out immediately. $200 deposit back if you stay 6+ months, give 30 days notice, and leave the room clean. Due to previous situations that led to pests. I require you to deep clean your room once every 3 months. This will be an honor based system. If you fail to do this, I will provide you with a 30 day notice. This is a deal breaker for me. I don't want mice, and fruit flies again. I am including Internet, garbage services, water, electricity, and sewage in the $801/m bill. The property also has a washer and dryer unit that you can use. You will have access to the kitchen if needed, but I have provided you with two mini fridges to store your refrigerated and frozen goods along with a microwave. One microwave and mini fridge will be placed in your room and the additional mini fridge will be in the living room.
