Huge 1-bedroom apartment, located in a well-maintained craftsman building built in 1920 in a highly desirable area of Long Beach, just a few blocks from the ocean and downtown area. This top floor unit features lots of windows for great natural lighting and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the apartment. A large living room has an attached unique vanity/sewing room with a closet and cabinets. There is a large formal dining areas with french doors that open to a small balcony offering great views of the neighborhood. The dining room connects to the galley styled kitchen that has been remodeled with granite counters, new lighting and comes equipped with a stove. The bedroom is also nicely sized and includes a wardrobe closet and 2 large windows. A 1 car garage is also available at an additional fee (subject to availability)
