We are a couple from Arlington, Washington that just purchased this condo as a vacation rental, we can only rent it out for 30 days or longer. We are happy to talk to you and encourage you to call us for more information.
The condo is located in the beautiful Racquet Club which is a resort within the Scottsdale Ranch.
It has 9 tennis courts, 6 pools with hot tubs, a fitness center and a clubhouse that offers lots of different social events.
The pool closest to our unit is one of the larger ones and can be seen from our balcony. If you love swimming this is the pool for you, it is big enough for laps and really deep and crystal clean.
This second floor unit is fully furnished and has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed with private master bath. The guest bedroom includes a Queen bed with adjacent guest bathroom. All linens and bedding are supplied. This air conditioned unit has a flat screen tv in the living and in both bedrooms. High-speed internet included so you can stream your favorite shows on various apps. There is a Washer/Dryer in unit for you to use during your stay and there is a Reserved covered parking spot located close to the front door. Very large patio with comfortable chairs and loungers to relax on.
Safe gated community right in the heart of Scottsdale, close to shops, hiking, golf and restaurants.

Payment is split in two. First payment is due 90 days before arrival and second payment is due 30 days before arrival. We require a $500 security deposit to hold your reservation, that will be returned after the cleaner has left, and provided all the terms of the contract have been satisfied.

    "We have lived in this area for the past 18 years while raising our two children. This is a great area with top ranked public schools, many excellent charter schools and a public library. The Scottsdale Healthcare Shea hospital complex and many doctors are located between 92nd Street and 96th Street. The Scottsdale Ranch Community Association is one of the best managed HOAs in the valley. Two grocery stores, Home Depot and many restaurants are less than five minutes away by car."

    "We moved here from NY last summer and bought a Villa at The Racquet Club as our primary residence. The services are great, the residents are lovely and every age group is represented. Location is terrific & shopping/services are abundant - Likewise in 5 to 15 minutes, you can be anywhere in Scottsdale and in 15 to 25 minutes, you can be anywhere in Phoenix. Coming from Long Island NY, that's instantaneous! Both our outer area Scottsdale Ranch, and our development - The Racquet Club, are marvelous. The R-C has plenty of tennis courts, a decent gym, 5 pools, 6 spas and a great palm tree lined area throughout to stroll, jog or walk. We didn't expect to find the man made lakes right here in Scottsdale Ranch. Thinking we were spoiled in terms of shopping coming from NY, I can honestly say there's nothing you can't have and in multiples to choose from. The difference here is - "everyone's truly friendly!" To see what we see, come here for 10 days and just tour, walk, drive & explore... you'll soon see :) "
