This home has been beautifully restored, retaining much of the original 1912 charm. High ceilings greet you in the entry hall. Master bedroom can be on either floor... downstairs has larger closet, upstairs has more privacy. Updated bathrooms. The kitchen is large enough for dining/kitchen table, in case you wanted to use the dining room as an additional bedroom. Lots of options! Original hardwood floors throughout, except the tiled kitchen and bath, with vinyl in the upstairs bath and laundry room. The covered front porch is great for you rockin' chair, and the back covered porch for your grillin'. Plumbing and electric have been updated over the years. Metal roof, and HVAC were installed in 2012. The 20' x 12' concrete block garage is used for storage, but a garage door could be put back on if you want to park inside. Plenty of driveway room for parking.
