Great property. Well taken care of. The storage garage will be moved forward so that it is located on the platted lot. The fence was also put in by the seller and could be moved up so that it is on the platted lot. The seller did get permission to use the property, but does not own the land. Owners added the screened porch and patio. It is a great family home with the bedroom downstairs being used as a theater room. Very spacious dining, kitchen, and family room. Upstairs is a bonus family area and additional bedrooms. The master is upstairs with a spacious master bath. Very well kept property!

    "We can ride our bikes over to Walmart, Dairy Queen and Sam’s Club, although I wouldn’t let children do this unsupervised. We can also walk to these places. We are only 5 minutes to the mall, and other shopping areas; and the Post Office. It is a great location."
