"Commute isn't bad. Honeygo Road is the only one you have to watch for in the mornings. If that's not too jammed, then you'll be fine. In general, the traffic here is pretty good. 👏🏾 "
  • Tricia J.
"Great, quiet and safe area. I find that my neighbors are a little nosy but helpful. I’m actually renting but hoping to buy in the area soon."
  • Diane.dotterweich
"Great neighborhood with lots of families and fun events - close by to great places to eat and shop, as well as being convenient to 95!"
  • Patricegiles
"Great Family communities. Although we do not know out neighbors names we will say good morning while seeing each other outside. "
  • Anasia F.
"A small town feel. Everybody always helping eachother. I've raised all my children here. WE LOVE IT!!!!!!"

"We have lived here for 8 years (Mar. 2015). This is a quiet neighborhood and ideal for families. There are 35 homes here and we are located away from traffic and noise. An excellent area for walking and running with over 4 miles of bucolic roads in our neighborhood and the neighborhood adjacent to The Highlands. Traffic in our neighborhood is restricted to residents because it is not a "through" street to another neighborhood or major road. We are a loop located off of Perry Hall Road. There are excellent schools (Kingsville Elem., a Blue Ribbon School, Perry Hall Middle and High Schools). We have quick access to a Safeway, the White Marsh Mall, The Avenue, several excellent restaurants, a Brick Bodies health club, rec facilities (playing fields on Honeygo Blvd.) for children, churches and the new White Marsh Library. The Gun Powder State Park is less than a 5 minute drive up Belair Road from our home. The backyard of our home is 6 acres of protected forest that adjoins Gun Powder State Park located 150 yards to the West of us. A great place to hike in the Spring, Summer and Fall. If you are a commuter there are multiple options to access I-695 and I-95 in less than 10 minutes in morning or evening traffic. Belair Road is 1.1 miles from our neighborhood and you can also access Harford Road. The county does an excellent job of plowing our streets after any snow storm. They clear the snow from curb to curb quickly so we can get out to work or shop during or after a storm. The homes were built by Ryan and are from their elite design group with substantial amounts of square footage and a generous offering of options. We frequently see people driving through hoping to see a For Sale Sign. We are a 30 minute drive to Camden Yards and Raven Stadium and 40 minutes to BWI and 20 min. to the Marc Station in Middle River."

"Perry Hall is a great place to live. I moved here over a year ago, schools are great, close to White Marsh Mall, Megabus to NYC, 20 min to downtown Baltimore. Everyone is very nice and it feels like a very safe place to raise a family. A nice single family home is around 400-500k"
