About this House

We are approximately 7 miles north of the arcadia lake. we have a nice and quiet community. Elementary school about 7 mins away within the Guthrie school district.

We are located about & miles north of the Arcadia Lake in a nice quiet community. the trash, water and sewage are included in the rent . our leases are month to month pets are welcome we just ask for no vicious breed unless its a service animal with a $300 non refundable pet deposit . We will accept applications in person if interested. $35 application Fee along with proof of income and ID are due upon submitting the application.
