This is a Basement Apartment. Separate entrance and address from the main house. This custom home was complete with construction in April 2019 and has a finished basement apartment that's 1,105 square feet. 2 bedrooms, 1 double vanity (2 sinks) bathroom. It has all appliances, including a stack LG washer/dryer, Dish Washer, 29.5 Cubic Inch LARGE Fridge (French doors, Icemaker & water dispenser w/ filter), Oven/Range & Microwave. Large pantry and additional 100 sf storage room below stairs. Pets or negotiable but require a $750 nonrefundable deposit & $50/month per cat & $75/month per dog (maximum of 2 pets total). The property's lawn, garage, etc. is not accessible to the tenant. 2 vehicle Off-Street concrete pad parking spots.

Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
