Our house has not been sold as listed by Zillow. Zillow has confused our house with the house at 9460 Eagle View Way, a much smaller house. We have been living in this house since 2009. Ours is a corner lot with a much larger backyard than other homes in this area due to the corner lot. Zillow dropped our Z-Estimate by $100,000 the same day 9460 sold one year ago and has been using their Zestimate for ours ever since.
