Great house for entertaining - huge bonus room - put a pool table in, big screen TV, a few sofas, and you've still got more room to play with, in addition to a nice bar! Great deck, custom and nicely laid out, good large hot tub on the deck, built into it, beautiful trees, peaceful and quiet for relaxing - or great space with built in speakers for entertaining! Remodeled kitchen, nice upstairs - the house just works great. And the neighbors are some of the nicest people I've ever met - got 3 gifts on my doorstep when I moved in a few years ago.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
