"We've lived in this area for 14 years and simply love it. Just blocks from E470 means quick access to virtually anywhere including I-25, Park Meadows, DIA, Southlands, etc. It's also literally blocks from both Lincoln and Parker roads, meaning plenty of choice to get places quickly. Strong community involvement is a huge plus, as are the parks and open space, not to mention community access to the Cherry Creek Bike Trail. Excellent schools within walking distance, and more within only a mile. King Sooper is literally around the corner. Designed by D.R.
