You or a loved one could use the studio yourself or you can sublet it out but we will need to screen and approve all occupants on the property.

Both kitchens come complete with refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves. The house also has a dishwasher and disposal.

There is a two-car garage with washer and dryer hookups inside. The nicely landscaped lower backyard is GREAT for entertaining, plus there's a second backyard lot above with some fruit trees and extra space. The driveway is extra-wide, allowing space to park a small trailer / RV / or boat. In the backyard, there is a small covered workshop area plus storage room.
