The nicely landscaped lower backyard is GREAT for entertaining, plus there's a second backyard lot above with some fruit trees and extra space. The driveway is extra-wide, allowing space to park a small trailer / RV / or boat. In the backyard, there is a small covered workshop area plus storage room.
