For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. full payment will be due 25 days prior to arrival; after which, all payments are non-refundable.     "Teach your kids how to walk on the sidewalk and not in the shoulder of the road, 5 feet away. Also, go the speed limit, if someone flashed their lights at you, you’re either going too slow or you’re going to fast, and they are warning you that the fuzz is ahead. Simple logic you would think, but not so simple anymore"
