We will begin accepting applications 10/07/2025, and they will continue to be accepted until there is an approved applicant. If you are an applicant with limited English proficiency, you are entitled to submit a request for an additional 24 hours to provide you with more time to seek language assistance services for the purpose of complying with the Housing Provider's screening and application requirements. Approved applicants must take financial possession within 72 hours of approval.

 Tenancy Term(s): Month-to-Month, Rent due on the 1st of each month

    "Gets busy but not horrible. Buses run pretty well. Some express buses. Fair amount of stops. Connects with Eugene easily. The rush hour is usually 30 minutes unless there is an accident or other delay. But, if possible, I would take the bus. The roads are getting busier as time goes on."

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
