The Strawberry Festival is once a year and the schools are outstanding. Our city just won a grant to improve the older section of downtown and when the new bridge is finished the commercial area will certainly bring in more retailers. "

    "We also have a community pool, but the HOA is terrible and makes people pay $12 for a card to get access to the pool. It was shut down the last couple of weeks of the summer. Yet they still hung giant signs claiming this is a pool community. The HOA doesn’t make everyone mow. The house next to us went Without being mowed for over 2 months, and they only mowed half the back yard. It’s ridiculous. There are huge pot holes all throughout the neighborhood and people speed through our neighborhood. The stop signs are faded and need to be replaced. I don’t recommend living here. "
