    "High petty crime, trifling neighbors, people drive way too fast for residential. Terrible place to live."

    "the biggest issue I see is that there are lots, I mean LOTS of stay dogs around this area. there are also another of busy or main roads so that could be a issue if you don't have a fence or a kennel. other dog owners in this area are also not good about picking up after their dogs. on the bright side there are some walking trails and parks in the area. "

    "This neighborhood is on a dead-end street with a cul-de-sac, so there is no traffic. It is very quiet and peaceful. Some of the neighbors have lived here 20 or 30 years. They are very nice people."
