The rear entry garage has the slope up to the door (not a step up to trip over) and has automatic door opener. The kitchen, dining, living, utility and bathrooms have vinyl plank flooring. The bedrooms are carpeted. There are 2" blinds on all the windows and there are full glass storm doors on the front & side doors. Separate utility with door. There is abundant storage throughout the unit. There is a grassy area that you are responsible for maintaining. All the front is taken care of by owners.
