"Small yards, not ideal for animals that need a lot of exercise if owners relies on fenced in area. It’s a pet friendly neighborhood and leashes are required. I’m not sure if the HOA has breed restrictions. "

"We have food trucks at the pool. We also have events at the gold clubhouse. There are always events at the golf course as well as the pool area."
