This is a furnished private bedroom and bathroom in a 2-bedroom apartment on the 10th floor of the beautiful 959 Franklin apartment building, overlooking the University of Oregon campus, located just across the street, and less than a 5-minute walk away.

The room is available for move-in starting 29 March 2025, and the lease runs through 3 September 2025.

Rent for this room is $1389 per month, plus utilities, which average $50-$60 per month. I am looking for someone to assume my lease, which is through 3 September 2025. I'm offering a $1500 cash signing bonus directly to you (which amounts to a $300 discount per month, making the monthly rent $1089 per month for you). This bonus will be paid once building management informs me that the lease has been transferred to you.

This is part of a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. The other bedroom and bathroom are available as well if you already have a roommate in mind.
