Plenty of wildlife in the area and sometimes in the yard, including deer, turkeys. Large lot, available for gardening.

12-month lease. Tenant pays utilities: gas, electric, cable. Water is supplied by a well; no water bill. This is a non-smoking house. Tenant is responsible for day to day maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal.

The pond in the neighborhood is more of a nature preserve and all the common areas which can’t be built on, all add to the ambience of this community. "
