The main house is also on the same property but the pool house is completely self contained and completely furnished except for the second bedroom that can be used as an office or additional bedroom. There are 2 parking spots off street ( shared with others who also use parking area)

Must be quiet and respectful of this peaceful housing community, no parties or gatherings.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
