Approximately a mile from Alice Drive Elementary and Middle Schools. For those seeking private school, Wilson Hall is within 1-2 miles. Extremely close to shopping, restaurants, movie theater, athletic complex, etc. A wonderful location!

This is a two-story home; however, the living space is all downstairs. Upstairs is lots of storage! This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. large family room with fireplace, kitchen with lots of counter space and cabinets, breakfast nook and additional room to be used as a formal dining room, study, living room...whatever suits your needs. There is a laundry closet and additional utility room in the carport area. The back yard is fenced in with a wooden deck off the back door. The yard has a sprinkler system in place. Kitchen, breakfast nook and bathrooms have ceramic floors. Recently installed hardwood floors in Foyer, Dining Room, Family Room and Hallway and new carpet in bedrooms.
