Easy freeway access and close to Cal State Long Beach and Long Beach City College. Downtown Los Angeles is 22 miles away. One small dog (30 lb limit) or cat; breed and size restrictions. $300 pet deposit and approved pet application. Onsite laundry and owner pays for water.
