"The area is pretty much a dog friendly walking area. Close to parks, walk ways, and many families and dog owners walk around here. The streets are well lit, so nothing too scary. "

"The schools are within walking distance to most of the neighborhoods. I see a lot of parents/grandparents/aunts and/or uncles that will walk with younger children (not of school age yet) to pick them up. It’s very wholesome to see them being able to take a nice stroll, and converse on their ways home. "
