It is a 37-acre recreational oasis featuring a, picturesque 2-mile paved loop, perfect for scenic strolls, jogging, and family bike rides. As a serene, stroller-friendly destination, it offers shaded picnic spots, a fun playground, fishing spots, and a calming waterfall view.

- Patuxent Branch Trail is less than a mile away from the home. This trail connects to Lake Elkhorn and features a historic railroad bridge. It is popular for walking, biking, and running.

- Huntington Pool is right by the neighborhood and can be accessed for a fee during the summer. It has an eight-lane main pool and a wading pool with a fun frog slide for children six years and younger. Adults can enjoy some relaxation in the hot tub.

House Rules:

No smoking is permitted in the home (including vaping, recreational drugs, cigarettes, etc.)
No pets (carpeted home)
No parties or events
Please be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours 10pm-7am.
Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home, including the full kitchen, garage, deck, basement theater room, washer and drier and driveway.

The garage may be accessible but will not be available for parking.

Please note that there is a locked supply closet on the first floor next to the bathroom that is only accessible to the housekeeper.

Owner does not live on site.

This beautifully furnished home is available for short term stays (for stays less than 7 days, find us on Airbnb), month-to-month stays, or medium term stays (3-6 months). All utilities are included (wifi, water, electricity, sewage, parking, trash). For stays longer than 6 months, the owner will reduce the rent price and tenants will set up water and electricity in their own names.

A security deposit (fully refundable assuming no damage) of one month's rent is required, regardless of the duration of the lease.

A cleaning fee of $250 is required upon move out.

Driveway parking is available to tenants. However, garage parking will not be available to tenants.

There is a supply closet on the first floor. It will be locked and not available to tenants. It will only be accessible to housekeeping.

Should a tenant be required to end the lease early, tenant will be required to pay an early termination fee. Alternatively, tenants have the option to find a sublease (subject to approval) at no cost.
