You're 5 minutes from Coconut Point Mall, Miromar Outlets, and I-75 (Exit 123). RSW Airport is 15 minutes, FGCU is 10, Bonita Beach is 20, and Naples is 30. Koreshan State Park is right on Corkscrew Road.

Move-In Costs:
- First month's rent due at signing
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent (fully refundable, less any damages)
- $50 application/background check fee per adult applicant

Tenant Requirements:
- Background and credit check required
- Minimum 3x income-to-rent ratio (negotiable for qualified applicants)
- 620+ credit score preferred (negotiable)
- Renters insurance required with minimum $100,000 liability coverage; owner listed as interested party

Pets:
Small pets (under 30 lbs) considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet deposit ($300-500 refundable) and monthly pet rent ($35/month). Breed and behavior restrictions apply. Please disclose all pets in your inquiry.
