Month-to-month rental. Security deposit and first month's rent is required upon signing. No smoking of any kind is allowed in this unit, including electronic vapes or marijuana cigarettes. No pets (other than service animals). Satellite TV service not permitted.

Rent includes water and trash disposal. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Unit includes 1 reserved off-street parking spot.

General Credit Requirements: Gross income must be at least 3x the monthly rent; tenant incomes can be combined to satisfy gross income, but not Resident Score (A or B required) and FICO score (650 or above required); additional requirements and conditions apply, and the resident manager will share complete credit criteria requirements with you before you complete an application.
