The second floor bathroom has a bathtub, shower and sink, and a small room with a toilet adjoining it: the two rooms could be easily converted into a single bathroom.
There is central air/heat and a new security system. A large porch wraps around the front and one side of the house. There is a very large basement for storage with a workbench for woodworking. The basement has a washing machine and a dryer (both quite new) and a boiler and new (as of June) water heater.
