  • Antonio Gonzalez

  • Jnburg17
"I really don’t like the area. Lots of crime and it’s very uncomfortable. There are some nice parks in the area that are nice but you have to watch your back at all times. "
  • Jnburg17
"So much crime! It’s so hard to feel safe or that your property is safe. It will be a blessing when we are able to get out of this city or state!"
  • Danafarnham
"The neighborhood is unique because of the birds that inhabit it. We have owls and bald eagles. We often get the Eastlake turkeys that pay a visit. "

"People are friendly, and it’s a safe place to live. People are out walking their dogs a lot. It’s relatively quiet and pretty peaceful around here. Streets are well lit, and sidewalks/roads are in good shape."
  • Baylion22
"It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."
  • Lluvia L. D.
"Any breed is welcome, it’s very much a dog loving neighborhood. Always see dogs walking, most people pick up after their dogs"

"A gazillion miles away from anything. There's transit but the routes are awful. The neighbors seem friendly, but are extremely stand off-ish when it comes to newbies in the community. Otherwise it's a cute community. "
  • Tdrago111
"Like everywhere else in Colorado. Annoying and slow. so many people coming here and making more traffic. But great if you like to listen to music while you are being slowed down on the road. "

Numerous Xmas lights all over the place, most notably, what my family has dubbed "The Box House", on Pecos St, just north of 100th. Numerous fireworks shows all over for New Year's. "
  • Sharon

  • Mattnarielle
"The neighborhood I live in is not to bad. However if you have kids it’s always best to make sure they are in by 10 since there is some suspicious characters."
