~Renter is repsonsible for key and/or garage door opener and will be charged a fee of $30 for replacement key and $60 for garage door opener replacement.
~Renter is responsible for mowing, weed-eating and any other yard maintenance.
~Renter's insurance highly recommended.
~Renter will not keep any animals on premises other than those approved by owner and paid for.
~Renter is responsible for inspecting premises for anything in need of repair or cleaning prior to moving in.
~Only those listed on the lease will occupy the premises. Occupation of the premises for over 14 nights by anyone other than renters on lease will constitute a breach of the lease.
~Renter will not sublet this Lease.
