And since this is a basement apartment of a duplex, someone who is a able to tolerate a reasonable level of noise from the upstairs apartment. Zillow rental application required. 10 minutes to Manitou and 20 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. 6-8 month lease available. No clothes washer or dryer available in apartment.
