One bedroom for rent. With its own bathroom and shower. The bedroom has a decent-sized closet and is carpeted. It's on the 2nd floor. A washing machine and dryer are accessible as well. We do have a husky puppy, but she stays on the first floor. The house was built in the year 2021.

Strictly no smoking inside the house. Lease duration is every 6 months. If an appliance renter is using breaks. The renter is responsible for paying half of the price of the repair damage.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better.
