About this House

This Victorian house is completely renovated. The inside of the house was gutted of all the old bathrooms and kitchen, essentially making it brand new inside. We were careful to retain the old Victorian style. It has all new plumbing, electrical, new lights, new fixtures and windows, a brand new kitchen and refinished authentic wood floors.

There is a large yard with a huge pepper tree over 100 years old . The back yard is fully enclosed with fencing and has room for a small garden . There is even a small separate garage behind the house and the driveway can accommodate three cars easily.
 Deposit is 3500 this includes the last months rent of 2600 and a 900 clean up fee to be retuned after tenant moves out.

My only issue with this area is there are quite a few drug dealers and users that will harass you if you take your dog to said field. Really the next option is going to Curtola (5 minute drive, 30 minute walk). So, hopefully you have a car so you can find a dog park that is a 20 minute drive away. "

    "This place is a dump. A homeless camp is always popping up and thriving two streets away. You call the city, it takes three months to get the camp cleaned up then two weeks later, it’s back in full swing. The potholes on my street messed up my alignment in my car. They keep getting bigger and bigger. The school down the street is full of trash from the students and I’ve found discarded drug paraphernalia such as needles, drug baggies, and crack pipes. "
