No smoking, no more than 2 small dogs under 20 lbs. allowed, 2 car attached garage parking, no over-night or extended street parking, no RV's or over-sized trucks. Yard maintenance is tenant responsibility as well as any HOA violations incurred. Lease for 12 months minimum. Owner managed. First month's rent plus security and pet deposit required. All deposits are fully refundable. Security deposit includes $300 cleaning and $950 maintenance/redecoration deposit. Pet deposit is $100 per pet. Application fee $ per adult occupant.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better.
