They are willing to show the house.

2 X per month front and back yard landscaping service ($120+ value) & tree trimming included in rent and paid by Owner unless damage done by renter or renters pets. There are no extra monthly fees, you are dealing direct with the Owner not a conglomerate nor Property Mgt. Company. New Air-conditioner and all irrigation lines in front and back were replaced in 2024. New windows in 2023. Security Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent and can be paid over the 1st 3 months. Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better.
