The price listed is for the upper property on 5 acres with the house, for both properties I’m asking 1.25 Million, the two together total 9 acres with a beautiful, solar powered home and a turnkey lease on flower fields with all maintenance and water paid by the harvesting company and produces $14400 a year net! On the lower property there are 2 ready to build plateaus and each build site would have over an acre of separation, they overlook a multimillion dollar horse ranch and a community of homes all valued in the millions. The pic shows the roof when the Solar was being installed, there are three separate PV (electric) arrays and a thermal system that heats water. The only energy expense is 140 gallons of propane every THREE years! Less than $90 a year total! And we charge 2 electric vehicles and run the AC!
VIEWS AND PRIVACY! LOCATED TO THE TOP OF GORDON HILL ONLY 1 MILE FROM 1-15. BUILD A DREAM HOME or Build an empire with what you can grow! The easement only serves my properties so privacy and security are absolute. The property is being replanted with drought tolerant flowers and greenery that are sold to florists. Currently I am leasor on a turnkey lease that pays $14400 per year annually! You do nothing, they pay water and perform all maintenance and repairs! More importantly, with new CA law changes, there are two large flat areas with southern exposure. The slopes are used for the flowers. Greenhouses are cheap and sunlight is abundant! And there’s now tons of legal money to be made and there’s underserved crops that can produce real income without dealing with canna.
I don’t want to move but for the right offer I will sell both properties or be a good neighbor. You read it right: these two properties pay you $14400 a year NET for the flower groves alone, without lifting a finger. Add the greenhouses and a home with zero energy costs. Free mortgage ??
