About this House

This home was built in 2003 by a respected home builder, and the exterior/interior have been meticulously maintained for the last 19 years. Very low maintenance front yard and newly seeded rear lawn. New exterior fence and freshly painted exterior. New carpet in hall and all bedrooms, new LVP flooring in entry and kitchen. Fresh paint in entry, dining/living room and one bedroom. New heat pump and air handler installed in 2022. Air ducts just serviced as well as system. All new LED lighting, new smoke detectors. The home is very clean, quiet and well lit and on a quiet dead end street. Laundry hookups are located in the attached 2 car garage, washer dryer not included. All new custom budget blinds. We are the owners and manage the property. We do not provide a refrigerator. NO PETS! NO SMOKING/NO VAPING!

 We screen all prospective adult tenants with the National Tenant Network: credit, criminal and eviction reports are done. Rental applications are given, and filled out, in person, at the time of the tour. The cost is $41 cash/per adult; picture ID is also required. We would prefer that you take the time to view the neighborhood and do a drive by. Looking for a longer staying responsible tenant.

Month to month, renter pays for elect., water/sewer, trash collection and yard service if not self performed, and any internet.

    "Thereā€™s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
