I would rate this school a 3/10, because there are good teachers and other staff members ARE good, but most of the staff is bad in my eyes.

This is my son's 1st year at RPE and he enjoys it. He attended skate night and it was a great turn out the teachers, principal and assistant principal were there, and very engaged with the students and parents. I did have an incident with my son being left behind the 2nd week of school but it was the daycare van that left him when he went to the restroom. The staff reacted quickly and I was contacted the next day by the principal regarding the matter because I had several questions. The staff was comforting and assured me several times it was an isolated incident and they are more vigilant. I know things happen, and I am just happy that the staff was comforting to me and ensured my son safety. He will be enrolled for years to come. -kindergarten parent

This school is an absolute joke. My child started here at the beginning of the year and it has been problems every single day. Teachers yelling and screaming at my child the second he walk in the school for no reason talking about how his shoes are untied, he needs to wear looser shirts, wear a belt with his pants, just yelling. Then the fighting and the bullying. It is unreal. There are fights almost every day and its the same students, but nothing ever happens to them. Students are vaping in the bathrooms, talking awful to each other, cussing at the teachers and each other, fighting, the list goes on. Then there's the math teacher he have. She tells the kids when they fail a test that they are stupid and make her look like she can't do her job. How awful. The state REALLY needs to come down and check this school because these teachers and these kids are absolutely horrendous people. OH! And to boot, my child has accommodations that he get when he test and the teachers talking about "it's on the screen, he doesn't need oral administration of the test." My poor child just trying to learn. The ONLY reason my child is at this school is because we bought a house that unfortunately is zoned for this awful place. We will be moving him to another school ASAP over the summer.
