This is a furnished rental of a private house with private pool for a 3 month period starting September 15, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

No Pets, No Smoking.

There is a queen bed in each of the bedrooms, and a 3rd bedroom that has been converted into an office/den which has a desk and fold out futon.

Has an open kitchen design with a granite breakfast bar, and a contemporary livingroom with huge 4K 55 inch TV and modern gas fireplace.

The 2 bathrooms are spa quality, and the 2 bedrooms are nicely furnished. Master bedroom with ensuite bath opens onto private heated pool.

There are several lounging areas to bask in the sun in the backyard, by the pool, or front courtyard. This is a very quiet and private setting located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with walled exterior, so privacy is guaranteed.

Rent is $2500 per month. Owner pays for Trash service, Wifi, ADT / RING security, and internet streaming cable TV and up to $150/mo electric and up to $50 in gas utiltities. Monthly landscaping and weekly pool cleaning service is also included.

We cannot accept pets. Owner has allergies, and this is not negotiable. Thank you.

There is a $2500 fully refundable deposit. This is a lovely property and is being offered as a longterm rental while owner is on assignment.

Home is located near Speedway and Houghton on the NE side of Tucson.

Events like Mother’s Day celebrations, movie nights, back to school BBQ, Friday nights at the park with food trucks. We also have a community garden. My neighborhood (Colonial del Valley) is mostly elderly people who raised their kids here and a mix of younger people who are buying homes from relatives. "

It is minutes away from the university and shopping downtown or a variety of shops, eating establishments, and the mall is not far away. There is also a fire station nearby, but not too close to be disturbing. "
