"We absolutely love living in this neighborhood! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. People take great pride in their homes and lawns, which makes the entire area feel beautiful and well cared for. "A solid, unpretentious neighborhood where people genuinely look out for each other. "Super close to the freeway and honestly tucked away so hardly any traffic ever and I love it and would definitely recommend the area. The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. They also dumpster dive very frequently, but for the most part, they are really nice and respectful."

It’s a family friendly neighborhood. I see the neighbors walking with their children and their families are comfortable visiting them here in this neighborhood. I feel safe in this neighborhood. It’s a quiet neighborhood. There’s the capital Metro rail and it’s not loud. It’s Neighbourhood friendly. I recently had a tree farm in my yard and someone visiting a neighbor on my block, called the police department for me and notified me right away during the storm."
