The house has 740 sqft. There is an additional 170 sqft unfinished room in the basement with daylight and high ceilings.

The open concept familyroom kitchen combination is modern with easy access to the covered balcony and the dedicated laundry room. It has an abundance of daylight with a wonderful view into the woods.

There will be a credit and background check. No smoking(of anything) or vaping in the house and on the property. No discharge of firearms. Maximum occupancy is three. Pets on a case by case basis. Be ready to provide written referrals for your pet. There's an additional security deposit for your pet.

Renter pays electricity.
