Comes with refrigerator and microwave/air fryer. Shared bathroom. No kitchen access but place to cook and wash dishes. Can also BBQ (has side burner) and pergola set-up outside for enjoyment. Rent includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, premier wireless internet). Free laundry. No pets. Month to month. Have had tenants stay for years because I'm a good landlord and make sure they are treated right. Thanks. Available September 1st.
