A really nice, upgraded country home, fully furnished with everything you need for month to month stays. So much better than an extended stay hotel! Only 20 minutes north of McKinney and 10 minutes south of Sherman . This house is a duplex and this side is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The other side is a one bedroom with one person that takes care of the property. Very comfortable. It has parking for 2 cars including a big one-car garage space in the red barn with opener that can be used for storage or parking. It will sleep 5... a real farm location only 2 miles from US 75. It has everything... bedding, towels, complete stainless kitchen, washer and dryer, 4 TV's ... fiber optic internet service is available, 4 Roku smart TV's. Remote controlled entrance gate and garage door. Our minimum contract is for 6 months. We can also provide maid service and cleaning service at reasonable prices. Rent is $2,450 per month, plus utilities. Deposit is $1, 500. We can discuss pets. No utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, internet) are included, but all are available.

Fully furnished. Move in ready. No Smoking inside, Six month minimum rental. Must complete the Zillow application. Credit score of 650+ and income to support rent. Rent does not include utilities.
